Returns for Store Credit Only
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Liquid products (including lash adhesives, cleansers, removers)

Used or opened products
- Final sale items
For hygiene and safety reasons, all liquid items are final sale.
How to Request a Return

Contact us at vlashbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit via a digital gift card.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
