Returns for Store Credit Only

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Liquid products (including lash adhesives, cleansers, removers)

  • Used or opened products

  • Final sale items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all liquid items are final sale.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at vlashbeauty@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit via a digital gift card.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
